Prague, Czech Republic

Prague was my favorite city I visited– with its cobblestone streets, Gothic spires, and an unreal skyline. Traditional Czech food is easy to find, but a few spots truly stood out to me: Lokál for classic dishes like svíčková and goulash done really well, and Café Louvre, a historic favorite known for hearty Czech plates and pastries. For something a bit cozier, U Medvídků offers traditional meals in an old-style beer hall setting.

The city’s biggest highlight is Prague Castle, which sits high above the river and gives you an incredible panoramic view of the red rooftops below. Wandering through the castle grounds, St. Vitus Cathedral, and down the old castle steps feels like stepping back in time. Other must-sees include the Charles Bridge early in the morning, the Old Town Square with its famous Astronomical Clock, and the quiet charm of Mala Strana, where you can explore gardens, small cafés, and beautiful old buildings.
