Paris, France

Paris has a way of making everything feel a little more romantic, from morning pastries to the way the city lights reflect on the Seine at night. One of my favorite things I did was take a river cruise—sailing past the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, and all the intricate bridges. Food is half the experience in Paris, whether you’re grabbing a warm croissant from a corner boulangerie, sitting down for classic French dishes at a neighborhood bistro, or treating yourself to crêpes, macarons, and anything involving butter. Definitely check out Le Relais de l’Entrecôte, Angelina, or a simple café terrace for beautiful views.

For sightseeing, the essentials never disappoint: the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and Musée d’Orsay each offer their own kind of magic. Wandering through Montmartre, exploring the gardens at Tuileries or Luxembourg, and strolling along the river at sunset all showcase that Paris charm.
